1. What Cuckdle is (and isn't)

Cuckdle is a game about chairs, made for entertainment purposes only. Ratings, rankings, percentages, and "Chair of the Week" reflect the votes of players — they are jokes and opinions, not factual claims about any chair, product, venue, or manufacturer. Nothing on Cuckdle is advice of any kind. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Your display name may appear publicly on leaderboards and next to content you submit — pick one you're happy for the world to see, and don't impersonate other people. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the game, other players, or these terms.

3. Playing fair

Don't attack, scrape, spam, or manipulate the site or its rankings (including coordinated or automated voting). We may remove votes, scores, or accounts involved in manipulation.

4. Submitting chairs

When you submit an image or other content to Cuckdle, you confirm that:

• You have the rights to it — you took the photo yourself, or you otherwise hold the rights or permission needed to share it here;
• it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• it contains nothing illegal, hateful, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant Cuckdle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, crop, adapt, and display it as part of operating and promoting the game (for example: in matchups, rankings, and previews). This licence exists so we can run the site — nothing more.

All submissions are reviewed by moderators before going live, and we may reject or remove any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. Complaints & takedowns

If you believe content on Cuckdle infringes your rights, features you without permission, or shouldn't be here for any other reason, email takedown@cuckdle.com with a link to (or description of) the content and the reason for your complaint. We review takedown requests promptly and remove infringing or inappropriate content.

6. Your data

We store what the game needs to work: your email address, display name, password (hashed — we can never read it), your votes and scores, and anonymous session identifiers. We use your email only for account verification and notifications about your submissions. We don't sell your data.

7. No warranties

Cuckdle is provided "as is", free of charge, with no warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or shut down the game (or reset scores and rankings) at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Cuckdle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
